I miss this place so much. Always a must when I visit the Dallas metroplex. Meat is all gluten free, just make sure in the beginning you ask cashier for new gloves since they handle bread and that you don’t want bread.

My son has gluten allergies and the preparer was very accommodating, using a new knife and cutting board. He mentioned that he has shellfish allergies and that he understands where we are coming from. 5 star service, 5 start meats. Most smoky brisket is my favorite, while my son loves the baby backs.
